With a career spanning several decades, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in multifamily investments and management, managing a portfolio of over $15 billion in multifamily assets in his previous roles. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
