Mr. Ferkel serves as Chief Legal Officer of Post Investment Group and Post Real Estate Group, where he oversees all legal matters for the companies’ businesses, including all transactional, regulatory and litigation matters, and leads the Post Investment Group and Post Real Estate Group legal department. Prior to joining Post, Mr. Ferkel was Senior Real Estate Counsel for Roll Global (now the Wonderful Company). Mr. Ferkel also previously worked as an attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council, focusing on environmental matters involving clean water, and for such law firms as Advisors LLP and Irell & Manella LLP. In those firms, he practiced in a multitude of disciplines, including securities litigation, IP/entertainment litigation, and entertainment, real estate, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Ferkel received his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Duke University, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is an active member of the California Bar.
